Christmas Support for Prolific

After a busy 2018, where we’ve helped 2,700 researchers collect 1.9M responses across 18,000 studies from 56,000 participants, the Prolific Support Team will be taking a well-earned rest over the Christmas period.

☝️ This means Prolific Support will be offline for the Christmas period (22 December 2018 to 1 January 2019 inclusive).

The Prolific website and studies will run as normal throughout this period.

As a result of the above, we would like to encourage you to ask any questions, or raise any anticipated support-related issues in the week prior to our Christmas break (up until Friday 21 December 2018), so we have ample time to assist you.

For participants, this also means that payments will be run on 21 & 28 December 2018 and on 2 January 2019, but not on any other dates during the Christmas break. This does not affect instant cash-outs.
